About the coffee farmers

Regional Blend – Ataco Impossible

The Ataco region, Apaneca-Lamatepec mountain range

The first year of the Impossible Coffee Project in the Ataco region. This is the starting point for a long term project that will sustainably support the region & local farmers.

The goal is to motivate and support farmers to improve quality every year. For this, we teach them in the areas of sustainable & modern coffee cultivation. Likewise, we prepare the coffee cherries & support the sale of green coffee around the world.

The Ataco profile has a higher citric acid content due to its higher altitude, making this coffee perfect for a light espresso or filter coffee.
